The institution has a clearly defined and published organizational
structure that delineates responsibility for the administration of
policies.

The Louisiana State University at Alexandria Organizational Chart [1]
is published in the LSUA Catalog [2] and on the university's website
[3] . It was revised July 1, 2005, and was made available to all
faculty and staff in August 2005 [4] . The Organizational Chart
presents a clear chain of authority and responsibility. The Bylaws
& Regulations of the Board of Supervisors of the LSU System
(Article VII, Section 4f) [5] prescribe
that the LSU Board of Supervisors and the President of the LSU System
establish the framework for the functions and programs of the
institution and that the Chancellor prepares an organizational chart
delineating the major divisions of the campus and designates duties and
responsibilities as he deems proper.
