LSUA has developed a clear statement of student rights and responsibilities in the form of a Code of Student Conduct (Policy Statement 228) [1] . The Code of Student Conduct includes: Student Rights and Responsibilities, Due Process, Student Misconduct, Procedural Due Process, Disciplinary Sanctions, Administrative Procedures, Appeal Procedure, and Definitions. The Code of Student Conduct is published in the Student Handbook [2] , the Faculty Handbook [3] and on the LSUA website. A section titled “Student Conduct” in the LSUA Catalog (p. 62) [4] also refers students to the Student Handbook.
